Craig Fischer, LMT Owner
Craig earned his massage therapy license and began work in 2006. Since then he has focused his continued education strongly on relieving pain and injury in the body by creating better function in the tissue. Craig has studied various stretching techniques, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization techniques, all of which can be incorporated to offer real, deep relief and healing in your muscles and joints. He is proud to announce that he has been working closely with the Minnesota Twins Baseball organization her in SWFL since 2021.

"Training in Myoskeletal Alignment has furthered my appreciation for bringing balance and function back to each individual person I work with. The goal is always to evaluate your symptons, posture, and range of motion, then systematically release tight and facilitated muscles and tissue while toning your weak and inhibited muscles.
